Hi There! Would love to take part in this session, since we at Argu.co are working with parliamentary informatics as well. Currently, we're importing data from the Dutch parliament (such as motions, amendments, letters, questions, proceedings etc.) and various municipalities. We're trying to unify all this data into one database, one API, according to a single specification. Currently, we're using the Popolo spec wherever possible, but Popolo does not specify how many documents are structured. I think that setting standards for these kinds of documents is essential for a succesful wide adoption of Open Data in parliamentary informatics. Regards, Joep Meindertsma (@argu_joep)

Europe is not only the EU, but mostly the member states. There are many governments in the EU that need to open up. But there is no database listing all local governments, like we have https://almanak.overheid.nl/ for the Netherlands. So, https://almanac.europa.eu please! Best, Reinder Rustema (@rrustema)
